Ashley Park Spills Major “Emily in Paris” Season 5 Secrets – Fans Won’t Believe What’s Next!
Ashley Park, known for her role as Mindy in “Emily in Paris“, is excited for the upcoming fifth season, teasing a European adventure that could take viewers to either Paris or Rome. In a chat with PEOPLE, she shared her anticipation, hinting at new landscapes and experiences. “Let me tell you, I am highly anticipating [Emily in Paris],” Park told PEOPLE. “… It’s gonna be summertime and it’s gonna be in Europe, but I don’t even know what country at this point.”

As filming moves to warmer weather, Park expressed relief after last season’s winter shoots, and looks forward to a more enjoyable experience this time. “For me, it was hard to film in the winter last time” Ashley said.

In September 2024, Netflix and Lily Collins revealed that “Emily in Paris” had been renewed for a fifth season. The announcement came with an Instagram video of Collins enjoying an espresso, where she playfully said, “There’s no place like Rome.”
Collins shared that her main question for Emily’s character is where she will ultimately end up. “Before, it was a choice between America or France, but now it’s France or Italy,” she said. “I’ll be happy as long as Emily and Mindy stay friends.”
She also joked that she’d like to see Emily spend less time on her phone and suggested that Emily wear more flats, explore more of Italy, and possibly meet her family after four seasons. All four seasons of “Emily in Paris” are currently available to stream on Netflix.
