He reflected on a storyline that fans have long debated—the brief period when Pacey became a stockbroker. “I don’t think Pacey ever needed to be a stockbroker,” Jackson remarked, adding, “I don’t really think we needed to go there.” He went on to say, “I don’t know where that came from. I don’t know what the point of that was. Didn’t really feel like that’s something Pacey would’ve got up to. Off the top of my head, that’s the one I don’t think we needed.”

Another moment of lighthearted reflection came when Jackson joked about the infamous goatee Pacey sported during this storyline. “I don’t think we needed a goatee.
