Jason Bateman is celebrated for his Golden Globe-winning role in “Arrested Development” and for his work in “Ozark,” where he starred, executive produced, and directed. Bateman is a major star with numerous projects in development; he recently sold his successful podcast “Smartless,” co-hosted with Will Arnett and Sean Hayes, to Sirius XM for $100 million.

Logan Marshall-Green, Sofia Carson, and Danielle Deadwyler also appear in the film. Logan is known for his roles in series like “The O.C.” and the film “Spider-Man: Homecoming.” Sofia Carson, originally a Disney Channel star, gained fame from the “Descendants” movies and the Netflix romantic drama “Purple Hearts,” one of Netflix’s most-watched films. Ethan’s Character

“I think he’s someone who lacks a sense of drive and direction but is ultimately really resourceful and capable. He’s a bit of a hero in waiting,” Egerton tells Entertainment Weekly in an interview. “He’s pretty noble and selfless. He has all the qualities of an archetypal hero underneath the lack of direction. He’s unhappy at work at the airport and feeling flat and dejected about it. He’s also just found out his girlfriend is pregnant. So, he feels pressure to be a responsible father and provider, but I think he also feels a deep lack of fulfillment. So when he’s put in this terrible situation, he has a huge occasion to rise to.”
