Apple TV+ is gearing up for an exciting new documentary series from the culinary world’s most well-known star, Gordon Ramsay. The streaming service has greenlit “Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars“, an eight-episode series that follows food expert Jesse Burgess as he delves into the high-stakes world of chefs striving to earn and maintain Michelin stars.

Burgess, a seasoned food critic and the co-founder of Topjaw, a popular social media channel known for restaurant reviews and celebrity interviews, will take viewers on a journey from Los Angeles to London. The series offers exclusive access to the iconic Michelin Guide and follows a team of anonymous inspectors who use false identities to visit restaurants and determine which establishments earn those coveted stars.
For Ramsay, the documentary holds personal significance.
