In this delightful murder mystery series, Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez play three strangers who all live in an Upper West Side apartment building and share a fascination with true crime. When a death occurs in their building, the trio suspects murder and takes it upon themselves to investigate the truth. In their search for the truth, however, they uncover some rather explosive lies about one another. Podcasting, true crime, and old-school comedy might seem like a strange trio, but in this series, they soar!

Cinderella

This is the Cinderella story like you’ve never seen it before. We mean… it literally opens with Janet Jackson’s “Rhythm Nation.” Written and directed by Kay Cannon (Pitch Perfect) this musical fairytale stars Camila Cabello, Idina Menzel, Billy Porter, and James Corden along with a slew of other stars. In this adaptation, the character of Cinderella is given more power and is very much her own independent woman in a way that is more suitable for a modern audience. If you have kids in the house, this is one that should definitely get them singing.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings

Marvel fans keep staying fed! In this exciting origin story, Shang-Chi is forced to face the past he thought he left behind when he is pulled into the mysterious Ten Rings organization. The film stars Simu Liu, Tony Leung, Awkwafina, and Michelle Yeoh and is Disney-Marvel’s first Asian-led superhero movie. If you’re a fan of the MCU, this is one you’re not going to want to miss.

FX’s hit vampire comedy is back for Season 3! The series is a filmed as a mockumentary and follows the [cough, cough] nightly lives of four vampires on Staten Island. The show has garnered rave reviews and has been called one of the best comedies on television. You might “vant” to check this one out.
