SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME

Watch in Theaters

Are your spidey senses tingling? For the first time in the history of the Spider-Man franchise, our titular hero’s identity is out there in the open which creates an entirely new set of challenges for Peter Parker and those around him. More trouble lies ahead when Parker enlists Dr. Strange to restore his secret identity and accidentally unleashes the most powerful villains that Spider-Man has ever had to face into the world. The film stars Tom Holland and Zendaya and is a Blockbuster with a capital B! If you’re an MCU fan, this is one you’re not going to want to miss. (Who are we kidding- you probably already have your tickets.)

STATION ELEVEN

Watch on HBO Max

Alright, we know that a show centered around a group of survivors in the wake of a global pandemic might not sound like the most tempting thing to watch right now, but hear us out. The series is based on the critically-acclaimed 2014 novel by Emily St. John and is centered around a much more extreme version of a pandemic than the one we’re going through. It’s an emotional watch but, ultimately, it is centered around an uplifting message about the value of life and the power of coming together to help one another when times are tough. Sounds like a lesson we all could use right about now!

SWAN SONG

Watch on Apple TV+

Mahershala Ali stars in this film as a man with a terminal illness who opts to be cloned. The clone is implanted with all of the man’s past memories and sent back to live with his pregnant wife, unbeknownst to her. It’s a sci-fi film that begs the question- is this something that you would do? If so, is it ethical? On top of Ali’s “dual” performance, the movie also features the always incredible Glenn Close as the scientist behind said cloning technology.
