Sam & Kate is a life-affirming family dramedy starring Oscar-winners Dustin Hoffman and Sissy Spacek. Bill (Hoffman), is the larger-than-life father to Sam (Jake Hoffman), who has returned home to take care of his sick father. While home, Sam falls for a local woman, Kate (Schuyler Fisk). Meanwhile, as fate would have it,  Bill starts to fall for Kate’s mom, Tina (Spacek). They all must confront the past to make their new love work for the future. Fun fact: Jake Hoffman and Schuyler Fisk are Dustin Hoffman and Sissy Spacek’s real-life son and daughter. How adorable!
