WrestleMania 41 may have wrapped, but for fans, the action is far from over. Netflix is stepping further into the squared circle with “WWE: Unreal”, a brand-new docuseries slated to drop in summer 2025—and it’s bringing some star power behind the scenes, too. NFL legend Peyton Manning is on board as an executive producer for the project, adding a championship-caliber touch to the production.
“WWE: Unreal” Background
“WWE: Unreal” offers fans something they’ve never seen before: an all-access pass behind the curtain of the wrestling world. From the chaos of the writer’s room to the personal journeys of the superstars, the series promises to showcase the off-camera drama that fuels the in-ring storytelling. It’s a rare chance to see what goes into creating the world’s most electrifying sports entertainment.
WWE & Netflix
While specific episode details are still under wraps, “Unreal” marks a major next step in Netflix’s fast-growing partnership with the wrestling promotion. The collaboration began with a bang in January 2025 when “Monday Night Raw” debuted live on Netflix, airing weekly at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT. Since then, the Raw roster has seen the return of icons like The Rock and John Cena, and featured current stars like Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes, also known as “The American Nightmare.”
The April 21st edition of Raw, airing the night after WrestleMania, is expected to be one of the biggest nights of the year—a tradition fans know to deliver major surprises and storyline resets.
But that’s only the beginning. Netflix now hosts an impressive lineup of wrestling content, including weekly shows like Smackdown and NXT, along with major premium live events such as WrestleMania. The global fanbase can stream every twist, betrayal, and title match, no matter where they are.
“WWE: Unreal” hits Netflix summer 2025. Until then, gear up for even more high-octane action, in and out of the ring.
